Head... Heart... Hands... Heath
For over 100 years 4-H Youth Development has been facilitating the growth of generations of leaders around the globe! 4-H puts the power of leadership in the hands of youth by utilizing the "learn by doing" mindset to help youth grow and mature in a wide variety of subject matter. 4-H is not one particular project but a process of learning that engages youth through proven techniques support by research gathered by Land Grant Universities throughout the United States. Regardless of your skill set or interest, you can find a home with 4-H!
Caring Adult and Teen Leadership
The backbone of all 4-H programming is centered on the support provided by caring adult and teen volunteers. These individuals serve as club leaders, project leaders, mentors, judges, camp counselors, and much more! With out them, 4-H would be nothing.
No experience? No problem!
4-H Youth Development can provide you with training and development opportunities to insure that you are ready and able to lead youth in your local community.
Only have a limited amount of time to give? No problem!
